  Hello all, long time lurker, first time poster here.
  
  The Planning Library (along with the International Center Library) will be closed by the end of this semester. Some of the PLA materials will be moving to the Main Library. I haven't heard anything recently about moving to the Human Ecology building.

  It sounds like the move to the Human Ecology Building is what's happening, unless anyone knows more specific details.
