        <description><![CDATA[Check out these <a href="http://www.lcc.edu/trustees/minutes/Jul07-Jun08/September%2017,%202007%20Regular.htm" rel="nofollow">minutes</a> from the LCC board. It talks about the plans for a new ramp by University Center, and the capital outlay request for the $44 million, 70k sq ft math center. It sounds like both of these projects are moving forward much faster than I anticipated. Also it's nice to see that the ramp will have ground floor retail and conference space.]]>
