I drove by the Medical Arts Building tonight, and was amazed at how quickly the construction has followed the placement of the signage at the site. This project appears to be heading full steam ahead.

That will be quite a plot of green space. It is hard to imagine all those houses gone. Perhaps it could be a big park of sorts?

I ran that portion of the river trail today. It is actually much worse just north of there near where the red cedar and the grand meet. While I share in the frustration, I know the city workers have been working long and hard for over a week now.
