  • I wasn't too suprised Cornerstone closed, the guy who started them up live accross the street from me. It's really to bad though, they made their places so nice inside, someone else already has an opening soon sign at their downtown location. Als…
  • As of yesterday they had resumed work on this project.
  • Just FYI things are coming along nicely at the Stadium District, the cornices are nearing completion and they have begun putting up signage.
  • They are expanding the parking lot to attract an office tenant for the space next to the North Precinct, I think there was a Captiol Gains article about it awhile back.
  • While I think that Lansing is going to go through a lull in projects after the proposed ones are built, I think the downtown housing market will do well for a couple of reasons. First, Lansing has a very different mentality than LA, Lansing is more …
  • Check out this Capitol Gains story on Harem, including a few interior shots: Urban Lounge Ready to Electrify Lansing There are a number of other interesting articles in this most recent Capitol Gains.

  • Some pics from today of the Stadium District:
  • Heres the rendering on the sign (Jared, if you could put this image on the project page): A view of the site:
  • It's listed by CBRE, and owned by someone in Flint (according to the property info site), owners: SETTER L ROBERT & TIILIKKA LYNN 827 E Michigan
  • It's around 60,000 sq ft.
  • Check out this story on the fully restored Mutual Building, it also includes a photo gallery. Christman did a real nice job on this. $12M renovation by Christman Co. adds dash of modernity to historic site
  • Just FYI, the building at 827 E Michigan is for sale. It would make for a prime redevelopment opprotunity. The parking lot directly north of it and the parking lot at Michigan & Eighth is also for sale. The reason I bring this up is because I wo…
