They haven't done anything with the building yet. As far as I can tell that rendering is just a conceptual rendering showing what a prospective tenant could do, I think they had another rendering for that same property at one point.

I wouldn't complain if someone moved forward with that vision for that property, it looks fairly nice.

I haven't seen any renderings or site plans, nor have I heard any details on the building. I'm not sure if they ever even said the square footage. Being a corporate headquarters, even a small one, I'd expect it to be fairly nice.

I guess I'll have to check it out in person, a mosaic of a basketball player made of shoelaces is certainly an interesting idea. I see their rates as of now are just over $100 and that really isn't too bad, I imagine it'll be quite a bit more expens…

Overall the building looks really good. The mosaic behind the check-in desk of Draymond Green (I think?) is a little bit weird looking though.

Yeah, it's easy to forget how big of a step in the right direction that building was. I do kinda wish he would have went with the original design in a way, it would have been a lot more unique.

They started on what I assume is the new Techsmith building in the last few weeks. It looks like they're digging the foundation up fairly close to Harrison, which is a promising sign imo.

I'm really not thrilled about Sparrow convincing the city to let them vacate more streets. I wish the city wouldn't allow it, Sparrow can easily work around the street being there.

@gbdinlansing Yeah, there's another building that's part of the City Center project yet to go up on Evergreen. I'd forgotten about that project, I don't remember how long they have to complete it per their agreement with the city.

I think there's just been a lack of education about how traffic circles work, there's really only one rule: yield to traffic in the circle. Once you get used to them they're great.

I also think it feels pretty bare over there now coming around the bend, at least that was my first impression. I'll have to make it over there again. I'm having a hard time picturing why it was necessary.
