  • I drove by today, and I'll chime in with my praise as well. The whole building feels very substantial, and the sign really gives it a sense style from a time gone by. Really cool.
  • According to the website they have sold/leased:

8 out of 10 Urban Apartments (2nd floor)

20 out of 20 Urban Apartments (3rd floor)

9 out of 20 Urban Loft Condominiums (4th floor)
  • I just looked at that the other day, and I'm pretty suprised that they have that many leased/sold, it's a good sign.
  • I took a whole bunch of pictures, today, including the Stadium District. It was a very "Lazy Sunday." I think the Fifth-Third logo looks really tacky above the entrance, to tell you the truth.

  • Great pictures! Thanks for posting them. I agree with your comment on the 5/3 sign looking tacky... It looks like it is out of place and was simply an afterthought. Other than that its looking good!
  • I don't think 5/3 new colors fit this building at all. Their old signs would probably blend in better.
  • Yeah, the 5/3 signs stick out like a sore thumb. They look cheap and temporary. It would have been cool if they could have incorporated some incandescent bulbs or neon.
  • The more I look at the 5/3 sign the more it reminds me of CATA’s logo. Perhaps it was intended to be a subliminal message for mass transit. just a thought... :)
  • lol!

I wonder if the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce has moved in, yet. They are supposed to be on half of the second floor, I think, closest to Larch.
  • Interesting article in the LSJ. This is good news for the area.
