Let's see if I can make these work. I took these January 17th.

Wow, 18 floors would be amazing to get. I hope he can convert a lot of those reservations into actual sales.
-
"He is working with Kris Elliott doing a loft project in grand rapids as well." I live in GR, do you happen to know what project he is working on here?
-
Wow, thanks for posting those. I've seen some of them before, but never that one of the Michigan National Tower under construction. That's my favorite one.
-
I think all of us here would like to see the 20 story version, but with the economy right now I think Lansing is lucky to be getting a 12 story condo tower along with all the other development going on or planned.
-
Well I saw some snow, that's why I said winter.
-
That's pretty neat. It looks like the pictures were taken last winter, since they show part of Michigan Avenue ripped up downtown.
-
That's great news. Was it mentioned when they would complete the move?
-
Any pictures of it for those of us who don't get to Lansing as often as we'd like?
-
Hopefully due to the lack of condos downtown this project will move forward despite the housing market. Any idea when they will start taking reservations?
-
Yes, I would be one of those people. The one with the extra holes in his face. I heard Ryan got the job, I guess that's why you never answered my e-mail. TEAM DEARBORN! (see, there are two R's in the name)
-
Hey Brian, have you forgotten all about your Practicum team mates?

Ick, I'm still not a fan of that building design at all. The one good thing I read in that article was there will be fencing around the site instead of a concrete wall. At least that way you'll be able to see what's on the other side.

I hate to dig up a topic when I have no new information, but I was wondering what is the story with J.C. Penny? Earlier in the year it looked like they were doing site prep work but last I saw the site sat empty. Either I was looking at the wrong si…

Well I managed to mess that up, though I don't know how.

Thanks Jared, lets see if this works. These aren't the greatest photos. I took them last Friday. The weather was amazing when I left my home in Grand Rapids, right before I got on 496 it got cloudy and I took these pictures minutes before…

As for the Hunters Ridge proposal the neighbors there are making the same NIMBY complaints as you see all over. My favorite is the complaint about traffic. People act like these 123 units will lead to gridlock on their streets. Of course these same …

I took some pictures of it on Friday, but I don't know how to insert images here.

That quote seems misleading since I think there talking about two different buildings, the townhomes on Hillcrest and Park Place which the quote calls "the mixed-use building." It seems that construction on that building would take at least a year m…

Personally I'm not a fan of any other them at that location on campus. I think North Campus should all use the style of pre-WWII architecture so a museum at this site should look more like an enlarged Paollucci building. I wouldn't mind seeing #2 or…
