Yep, this was the Toby location. I'm sure a lot of the stuff was in place before Tequila Cowboy began building. I hope it works out, it'd be great for the mall and for the region to have another live music venue.

If someone is interested in seeing this type of pavement, see the State-owned parking lot at Pine and Kalamazoo. They resurfaced it with permeable material a year or two ago.

If this goes through, I'm hoping it's gaming only and no dining. Casinos in general will suck in traffic but those people aren't spending money anywhere but inside the casino. Their restaurants, their games, their entertainment..
