Making a new thread for this project... Tower on the Grand, a 25 floor 292 unit apartment building plus a five floor 315 space parking garage attached via an elevated deck. I don't really enjoy thinking about next year right now! but seeing the construction for this project begin in February would really be wonderful and perhaps a sign everything is going to be OK.
