    Big News a new airline will be flying out of Lansing called Breeze. First flights will be to Ft. Myers and Orlando.

    UPS to take over air cargo services for USPS. With Lansing airport being a UPS hub for Michigan (outside of Metro Detroit) this seemingly would provide a boost in cargo shipments for CRIA.

    I read the Lansing Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (LBRA) resolution for their meeting, today. It appears that the resolution is to permit the LBRA to expend up to $57,000 to reimburse the airport authority for an environmental assessment as the process to begin updating the airport masterplan if I'm reading it correctly. I was not aware for whatever reason that the airport was considered a brownfield.
