hood, it says expansion to the west, so that would mean taking up some of the land inside Potter Park. If I remember right there is some undeveloped land on the north side of the access road and south of the train tracks.

Retail would have been nice, but I'm glad that something is finally going to happen with it. I hope that they can keep the look similar. It's a great looking building.

I also heard that about JC Penney possibly moving in there. And I agree that they have expanded north far enough. We don't need the sprawl that Grand Rapids currently has.
