The last I heard it was sometime in August. I don't think the bad housing market will have much of an effect on the urban housing market, which has been starved in Lansing and is booming around the country.

The way things are headed in EL that property and anything else on Grand River will get snatched up for redevelopment quickly if even halfway reasonably priced.

I had no idea that they were that close to reaching their goal, with that knowledge I would expect to see construction on these projects start very soon.
