At one point part of the plan was to build rain gardens in Frandor's parking lot, I'm not sure if that stayed part of the plan. I'm in the same boat of being very interested to see what all this looks like when it's done.

They haven't done anything with the building yet. As far as I can tell that rendering is just a conceptual rendering showing what a prospective tenant could do, I think they had another rendering for that same property at one point.

I haven't seen any renderings or site plans, nor have I heard any details on the building. I'm not sure if they ever even said the square footage. Being a corporate headquarters, even a small one, I'd expect it to be fairly nice.

Overall the building looks really good. The mosaic behind the check-in desk of Draymond Green (I think?) is a little bit weird looking though.

Yeah, it's easy to forget how big of a step in the right direction that building was. I do kinda wish he would have went with the original design in a way, it would have been a lot more unique.

They started on what I assume is the new Techsmith building in the last few weeks. It looks like they're digging the foundation up fairly close to Harrison, which is a promising sign imo.
