One other problem with Knapp's windows is that they are very high up, hugging the ceiling. I do like the idea of a movie theater downtown, but I'm not sure it would be too feasible for Knapps.

It is very high tech. Niowave makes parts for particle accelerators, like FRIB. They are located in the old Walnut St Elementary.

The FRIB will certainly draw some companies. If I had to *guess* I'd say medical equipment companies and maybe some private research labs. Also Niowave will certainly benefit.
