That would be awesome, hope you guys can do it; but I'm out in CA now. I still lurk and comment because we're so tied to the area (family and friends). Still feels like home in a lot of ways even though we've been out here for a few years.

We had some friends that lived in that neighborhood. I feel like I remember using that bridge to walk to the zoo one time, but I could be mistaken. It would have been 6 or 7 years ago though, so maybe the access to it has changed.

I just continue to be flummoxed as to how such a large and prominent location has sat empty and neglected for SO long. Maybe I shouldn't be.

Maybe they all just really prefer vacant lots and empty buildings lining their streets.

Wow!

As much sense as it might make for LCC to purchase and use the sight, that idea kind of makes me nervous. They haven't exactly been good stewards of the properties they already own downtown. Why give them another plot they might level and turn int…

I'm still around. I'm not local any more so I don't have anything to contribute, but I check in every few days to see if any new news has popped up.

Cladding is going up on the Broad Art Museum. Have to wait until I'm in town next to see how it looks in person. Pictures seem pretty slick. More shots at the museums construction Flickr page: http://www.flickr.com/photos/broadmuseummsu/

That building kind of sucks though. I appreciate businesses trying to use an existing structure, but it really shows it's age (and not in a good way like say Curious).

Man, Wells is going to look completely different. Crazy stuff.

Could just be green brick. Edit: Maybe not, I see what you mean now. I was just looking at the last picture.

Wow, I really had to wrap my mind around that one. Looks like they'll probably be restructuring the lecture halls too, if that rear render is any indication.
