I know there's nothing they could do to stop the graffiti long term, maybe it's part of the the 'tradition' of that part of campus by now, but I wonder if they kind of leaned into it with some sort of mural to start with, maybe even a graffiti style…

Does the new bridge design still have the underpass for pedestrians?

I have seen a few Tik-Tok videos of people complaining about how this road when it was widened displaced communities of color in the area, and they seem to be upset that reducing the road/boulevard size is disrespectful to the memory of that.

Dave's Hot Chicken is solid. Strips and sliders with like 10 different spice levels. We have one out here in Folsom, CA. Good fries too.

Could the unannounced building possibly be a parking garage? Kind of an unfortunate (if convenient) spot, but the new technology building wipes out lot 56 on the southwest corner. The map also shows a possible expansion of the education building,…

Flint - Not surprising, but ooof.

I think it's been discussed here before, but does anyone know why all the open space around the Chrysler dealer across from Kohls and Kroger near Creyts is still undeveloped? The only thing I ever really remember changing on that whole lot the since…

Does anyone know if the train bridge there on Pennsylvania gets hit at all by moving trucks and stuff? It reminds me of the 11foot8 bridge that has it's own Youtube channel. They recently raised it 8 inches to 12foot4, but it still gets hit occasion…

I don't think the ads are obtrusive at all.

This has been such a weird mysterious building for the last 20 years or so. Hardly any signage, no real way to tell what was in there, if anything.

I worked across the street at the Michigan Catholic Conference for about 4 years in the mid-00's.

Is Capitol 2-way now, or are the parking spots in the renderings facing the wrong direction? Is there anywhere else along Capitol that has diagonal street parking like that? I know it's common on the Washington side.

We have a BJs out here in Folsom, CA. Your description is pretty spot on. Think more upscale version of Chilis and you're about there. Throw in custom pizzas and a "brewery" (ours does both), and you have the idea. It's fine. Nothing excit…

Man, it's crazy. I live in DT for 10 years from 1998-2008 and never knew that building was anything other than a regular strip mall. But from the aerials you're right, it's huge.

I realize there are plenty of other options around there now (so I'm not sure another hotel is really needed), but the Ramada next door to this is also in desperate need of replacement or redevelopment. We stayed there about a year ago and it is rea…

I guess I meant more what's going on with the interior. The large sale area, waiting room, offices, breakroom, etc. It's way more... corporate than I imagine most dispensaries to be.
-
That seems like a way bigger and fancier dispensary than I think I've ever seen before.

It seems so strange to me to have a such a large building with so little structural steel or concrete, but maybe I missed something in some of the updates.

Out here in CA you're seeing them pop up mostly in touristy cities. They are everywhere in South Lake Tahoe. San Francisco soft-banned them for a while, but recently awarded permits for a couple of companies to start offering them again. So far the …

Wow, that got super weird. Is that the same 'subterranean' that's on SSP?
