I am still amazed that E Michigan in front of Frandor has not be repaved, does anyone know why it has been delayed for so long or when we could look forward to the end of the moon scaped pavement. I know I should call and find out but maybe someone here knows.
The city's Public Service Department construction map simply says "Planned for 2025" "No Started." I do recall this was supposed to have happened months ago, so I have no idea what happened. They give the contact for this particular project as being (517) 483-4254.
Speaking of roads, the two middle lanes of East Saginaw are a mess through its entire length of the city and the closer you get to Frandor the worse it gets. A disgrace. Someone's going to damage their car and it's going to cause accidents; I hope someone doesn't get hurt. MDOT needs to get on this. The Cedar-Larch bridge/viaduct in north Lansing was also like this, with potholes at the parts where the approches meet the bridge so deep, I almost ruined my car. They appear to have filled some of these in and sanded down the edges and such. This has really gotten ridiculous.
