It is also free to park on Sundays in any EL ramp. A lot of people will just sit and wait for a ticket while the gate is open right in front of them. They could promote the Sunday free parking better; most people don't know about it.

The landscaping of Ranny Park has begun, I noticed a lot of earth moving and the first trees being planted on the hillsides and around the ponds. I am hoping for a lot more trees!
