I hope that they can manage to get a new terminal built. The original 2013 date is seeming pretty unrealistic right now, but thats what the airport really needs before it can have any chance of standing up to the competition.

Your right on City Market LMich, it is supposed to begin construction in April. Also, I heard from someone with the state that the new chillers downtown will be 60' tall. That building looks almost as large as Stadium District.

I agree regarding Capitol Club. I'd rather wait 2 or 3 years for a 20+ floor project rather that rush a 12 floor project.

I'm sure it will make it, but the way the economy is looking it may start in 2010-2011, like a lot of the other pending projects may.
