With that price tag it could easily be any one of the storefronts, maybe LEDC is looking for their own building.

Hopefully we can also get some ground floor retail/entertainment on N Washington also. All-in-all I'm pretty happy with the bar & resturaunt development downtown.

Your right on City Market LMich, it is supposed to begin construction in April. Also, I heard from someone with the state that the new chillers downtown will be 60' tall. That building looks almost as large as Stadium District.

I agree regarding Capitol Club. I'd rather wait 2 or 3 years for a 20+ floor project rather that rush a 12 floor project.

I'm sure it will make it, but the way the economy is looking it may start in 2010-2011, like a lot of the other pending projects may.

Yeah, the driveway sacrifices about 3-4 parking spaces on Washington.

Visitors Bureau moving to Stadium District I think this will be a good location for them, much more foot traffic and more visible. I didn't know they closed the one in Old Town to walk ins though.

It is, but their depending on the proximity to MSU. I think it ought to work out, besides all those farms would have already been developed if they weren't owned by MSU.
