I went by the site today and took a picture from the Frandor Plus parking lot. This picture shows the height of the water tower next to the building as well as the Frandor sign.

I went by today and they are busy working on adding in the extra floors. The construction site was pretty busy. Here's a picture of the walls going in.

How much do you think the crane collapse has slowed them down? Worth noting that work didn't slow down much on the St. Anne Lofts when one of the upper floors collapsed.

Any idea as to the oldest street in Lansing? Michigan Ave is likely the oldest *main* street in the city, stretching from Detroit to Lansing via boardwalk, but I'm curious if there were streets/pathways that existed before Michigan Ave.

Thanks for posting. Looks like they also removed the eastern connection to Brody, which was expected because I didn't think MSU was going to want the thru traffic. It looks to be replaced with a pedestrian pathway.
