  • There are conceptual plans for a "Stonehouse Village West", across the street from Stonehouse Village 1, on the site of the current Spartan Gyro.

I wonder how Spartan Gyro feels about that? Considering they just moved in, and opened almost a year late.

Thanks for the pictures. If I remember right, they are starting on the fourth floor now.

If they are going to start on a Stonehouse Village West, I am pretty confident that Spartan Gyro will be relocated by Cron Management to the future site of Stonehouse Village II.
  • I think this project will really help to make downtown EL feel bigger, and denser. I can't wait to see it completed.
  • when is it supposed to be finished?
  • Looking a lot more substantial then it did last I saw it two months ago. I wanted to get more pictures but by the time I finally got near the building my battery was dead.

  • Thanks for the photos, there really are a lot of "turret" looking things at the top of the building. It makes for a more interesting roof than the next door Stonehouse Village 1.
  • Yeah, the Lansing area will have two vibrant downtowns, I just hope EL can get some height.
  • How many units have been sold? How many are still available?
