  The north boards and south board will be updated, and the final look will be very similar to the previous scoreboards.

  
  I figured as much. What you're probably just seeing is that they haven't put the caps/backs on, yet.

  Oh, good I really did not want to see an illuminated sign facing the river. I will be looking for the work to continue and I'll let you know how it is going.
