City Center II is a mixed use development slated to be built at Grand River and Abbott in East Lansing, mostly on the site of the former Citizens Bank Building. The structure is to be twelve floors tall, floors 1-5 will be a combination of retail, office and a theater run by the Wharton Center while floors 6-12 will contain 70 condominiums, there will also be underground parking. The development is currently moving through the design phase and getting construction variances, therefore the start date on this project is questionable. The data is also questionable as the design has changed but the developer has not released any data indicating a change in size, use, or number of units.
