I noticed what looked like a project beginning on Trowbridge and Harrison north of the railroad tracks. Is this part of the Sparta development? Also, the entrance to The Kellogg Center and the glass atrium over The State Room are being renovated. The restaurant was looking dated. When I worked at The State Room there were floor to ceiling picture windows, and oak paneling. A bit stuffy but it had a nice proper look.
