    The glass is now all up on the Wharton Center. Here is a picture from MSU's website from a couple weeks ago:

    The glass walls are starting to go up on the Cyclotron Office Expansion. I hope to get some pictures up here soon to show. Currently the glass is only on the east side of the building.

    Do you know when they said construction would begin on the FRIB?

    I think they were looking for 2013. They're currently in the construction planning stages.

    There has been a lot of progress made since May on the exterior. I took some pictures a while back and never got to uploading them. I'll see if I can get some newer ones on my way home from work.

    Anyone go to the Cyclotron walk-through last Saturday? Very cool, although my wife was sad that the K500 (oldest cyclotron) wasn't part of the tour. She wanted to show me which parts she painted as a student employee.

    The LSJ is reporting that Farm Lane should reopen by the end of September. The overpass is not scheduled to be completed until Spring 2010.
